We provide free shipping on all orders within the US. Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of receipt. They are dispatched from our warehouse in Florida.

Within 15 days of delivery, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. To ensure your return is processed with care, please include your name and order number inside the package.  Once it reaches our Orlando warehouse, please allow 1 week for our team to mindfully process your refund or exchange.
