When shopping at Me and Lia, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer easy and flexible returns within 14 days of your purchase date to ensure you are completely satisfied.

We understand that shopping online can be challenging. So, we provide a sizing chart for your reference.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns and refunds for goods purchased at our online store for new arrivals and full-price items only.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of order date.
  • All Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Returns that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer as a purchased item.

If you would like to return your item/s please follow the steps below:

How to Return:

Step 1:
Email our customer service team at hello@meandlia.com within 14 days of your purchase date.

Step 2:
Our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorisation Number and provide you with our return address.

Step 3:
Return the item (s) in their original condition to your nearest post office. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please retain your postal receipt and tracking number as proof of return. Please note that any returns are at the customer’s own risk; Me and Lia is not liable for lost parcels.

Step 4:
Once your return arrives at our office, we will inspect the condition of the item (s).

Step 5:
If your return meets our return policy criteria, we will notify you and process your refund accordingly. Please allow 10-14 working days for the return to be processed and credited.
