Shipping Information

Shipping is complimentary on all orders within the US.  Orders are usually shipped within the US within 3 days of receipt.  They are dispatched from our warehouse in Florida.  

 

Return/Exchange Policy

You may return any item for a full refund.  Alternatively, you may return an item for an exchange, with return shipping costs being your responsibility.

We will accept returns 15 days from the delivery date. Items may not be returned or exchanged after they have been washed.

 

Damaged Items

Damaged Items will be immediately re-shipped at no cost to you. You may keep the damaged item.

 

Lost Orders 

An order is considered lost after 7 days of no tracking progress, or after 7 days of being marked delivered, but not received.  Once an order is considered lost, we will re-ship the order immediately at no cost to you.
