Bianca came from a spring in Brittany. The old fishing villages, the salt-worn blue shutters, the hydrangeas against grey stone. It wasn't only the colours, it was the feeling: nostalgic, unrushed, quietly pretty. I wanted to carry a little of that home, in a soft blue floral and delicate cotton lace, so an ordinary plan feels worth looking forward to.
