Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: For wholesale orders, our minimum order is 12 pieces per style. You can mix sizes and colours within that style. For example, you could order sizes 10, 12, and 14 in quantities of 2 each, and split them across two colours such as Red and Navy.

 

Q: Can I mix colors per range/style?
A: Yes, you can mix both colors and sizes per style, as long as the total order meets the minimum of 12 pieces.

 

 

Q: What is your lead time?
A: All items from our trade show collection are pre-order only, with a typical lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 weeks due to production schedules.

As a small, family-run business, we focus on sustainable, small-batch production—not mass manufacturing. This means extra care goes into every garment.

Q: How often do you release new collections?
A: We launch two collections per year — Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer.

·       Our Autumn/Winter collection features longer styles, such as long-sleeve tops and long pants, with a warmer yet playful colour palette.

·       The Spring/Summer collection offers lighter fabrics and breezier silhouettes, including short sets in fresh, vibrant styles perfect for the season.

Each collection reflects our commitment to comfort, style, and thoughtful design.

 

Q: How do I place an order?
A: We offer several ways to place a wholesale order:

·       Trade Shows: We regularly exhibit at trade shows across Australia and online wholesale marketplaces. When we attend events, we update our Events page with details—feel free to visit our stand, view our collection in person, and place orders directly at the show.

·       Online Inquiry: You can browse our latest collection on our website. To place an order, simply email us at hello@meandlia.com to request our wholesale price list and order form. Once you fill out the form, we’ll process your order and confirm everything with you.

Q: What sizes do you cater to?
A: Our Starter Pack includes sizes US 4 to 8. However, we can accommodate a wider size range up to size 12 based on your store’s requirements. Please reach out to our sales team at

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For wholesale orders placed at trade shows or via email, we issue a proforma invoice. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, with the balance due upon delivery.

Q: How do you ship internationally?
A: We operate from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia, and have an office in Victoria, Australia. Most wholesale orders are dispatched directly from our Bali warehouse via DHL Express with full tracking.

International deliveries generally take 7 to 9 business days. Please ensure you provide your full name, delivery address, and mobile number to avoid any delays in shipping.
