As soon as you place your order, our lovely warehouse team in Bali Indonesia will begin processing it. They’ll carefully wrap your items in our signature sustainable cotton bag and cotton string – perfect for keeping and storing your small essentials.
Your parcel will then shipped via DHL. Occasionally, your order may be dispatched from our Melbourne based team via Australia Post.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the address you provided. If it hasn’t landed in your inbox within a few minutes, be sure to check your junk or spam folder—sometimes it sneaks in there!
